Book a Discovery CallDizziness and balance problems can feel frightening. The room spins, your steps feel unsure, or a wave of lightheadedness shows up when you bend over. You shouldn't have to pause the activities that matter while you try to figure out what's wrong.
Vestibular disorders come from trouble in the balance system — the inner ear, the brain's processing, and how your eyes, neck, and body work together. Symptoms range from brief spinning to ongoing unsteadiness. You don't need vague advice or 10-minute visits. You need focused assessment and a clear plan.
Dr. Sujaya Deodhar is trained in vestibular rehabilitation and will assess the root of your symptoms.
Common Symptoms
Common Causes
We focus on finding what makes your dizziness worse and fixing the underlying movement and strength issues. You get a thorough 60-minute evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, then a personalized plan. We keep you training where possible. No cookie-cutter sheets. No insurance wait. Just targeted rehab and a clear roadmap.
60-minute 1:1 visit with Dr. Deodhar. We take a full history, observe your balance, eye movements, and how symptoms respond to position and motion. We identify the deficits that matter for your life and sport.
We teach safe strategies to reduce dizziness during daily tasks and workouts. Short, targeted maneuvers or adaptations can lower symptoms so you can keep training. We also review fall-risk and home safety.
Phase 1: Calm & Normalize — reduce symptom triggers and restore reliable head/eye movement. Phase 2: Rebuild Strength & Balance — targeted strength, vestibular exercises, and sensory integration. Phase 3: Return & Bulletproof — sport-specific progressions so you can return to trail runs, deadlifts, dance, or pickleball without guessing.
We don't just stop symptoms. We build the strength, control, and sensory integration your body needs to stay stable under load and fatigue. That lowers flare-ups when you ramp up activity.
You get clear milestones, home exercises that fit your schedule, and strategies to modify rather than stop activity. We teach you how to prevent setbacks and when to seek medical review.
If further medical evaluation is needed, we’ll recommend it and communicate with your provider. We do not diagnose medical conditions, but we do clinical vestibular assessments and guide next steps.
What to Expect
Why Conquer PT
Vestibular PT focuses on the balance system: eye-head coordination, inner ear positional issues, and sensory integration. We use specific tests and exercises for dizziness and balance, plus strength work so you can return to sport.
Usually not. Our approach is 'modify, don't stop.' We adapt training and use targeted exercises so you can keep progress while reducing flare-ups.
We perform a clinical vestibular assessment and identify movement-related causes we can treat. We do not provide medical diagnoses. If further medical evaluation or testing is recommended, we’ll guide you and coordinate with your provider.
Personalized, one-to-one care with a clear roadmap for progress.
Some exercises can increase symptoms briefly. We progress at a rate you can tolerate and teach strategies to manage short-term increases. If symptoms persist or worsen, we reassess and adjust the plan.
Schedule a focused session with Dr. Sujaya Deodhar. No referral required. Get a clear plan to reduce dizziness, regain balance, and return to the activities you love.
