60-minute 1:1 with a DPT. Treat the source, not just the sore spot.

Book a Discovery Call

You keep backing off runs, ramps, deadlifts and dance rehearsals because something flares. You've tried quick insurance PT visits or been told to rest. That didn't fix the problem. Manual therapy here is different. You get a full 60-minute, one-on-one session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Hands-on techniques unlock stiffness, calm irritable tissue, and clear movement limits. Then we build strength so the pain stops controlling your training.

What You're Dealing With

Our Approach

Manual therapy is one tool. We use it with a strength-based roadmap so you can keep training while you heal. Short-term relief plus long-term resilience.

01

Full Movement Exam — 60-minute 1:1 with a DPT

We assess joints, muscles, movement patterns, scar mobility and your sport-specific demands. No guessing. We identify what’s driving your pain and how manual techniques will change your movement right away.

02

Targeted Hands-On Treatment

Joint mobilization, soft-tissue release, scar mobilization and nerve glides matched to your exam. Treatment is specific, deliberate, and paired with cues so you feel the change in real time.

03

Strength-Based Rehab & Modify—Don't Stop

Hands-on work is followed by progressive strengthening, neuromuscular re-training, and load management. You keep training — modified — while we bulletproof the problem area for return to running, hiking, lifts, dance or pickleball.

Why Conquer PT

Frequently Asked Questions

What is manual therapy and how does it help?

Manual therapy is hands-on treatment—joint mobilizations, soft-tissue work, scar mobilization and nerve techniques—used to improve mobility, reduce irritability, and change how you move. At Conquer PT it’s combined with strength work so improvements stick.

Will manual therapy be painful?

You may feel pressure or brief discomfort as tight or irritable tissue releases. We work within your pain tolerance and use graded input so you can continue training with modifications. You’re always in control.

Do I have to stop my sport or workouts?

No. Our Modify—Don’t Stop approach means we adjust training, not stop it. You’ll get activity-specific modifications and a staged plan to keep you active while we rehabilitate the problem.

How many sessions will I need?

Needs vary by diagnosis, tissue irritability and activity goals. We’ll outline a clear 3-phase Bulletproof Roadmap during your initial evaluation so you know the milestones and next steps. We won’t promise a timeline, but we will give a practical plan.
